Oyewole Dolapo Omobola


Mrs Oyewole is a Legal Officer in the Directorate of Public Prosecutions. She graduated from the University of Ado-Ekiti from where she got LLB (Hons) in 2010 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. She joined the Ministry of Justice in 2011. She has undergone training workshop on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013.

Onipede Akinola Olufemi


Mr Onipede is a Legal Officer in the Directorate of Public Prosecutions. He obtained his LLB from the Ekiti State University, Ado-Ekiti in 2004 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. He has one published work, “SEXUAL ABUSE OF GIRL CHILD: LEGAL IMPLICATION”. He has been with the Ministry of Justice since 2008. He has undergone training workshop on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013.

Oluwaseyi Adetutu Tolulope


Oluwaseyi is a Legal Officer attached to the Directorate of Civil Litigations. She holds a B.A (Hons) in Philosophy from the University of Ado Ekiti in 2003. She later proceeded to obtain her LLB (Hons) also from the University of Ado Ekiti in 2010 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2011. She also holds a LL.M from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. She joined the service of Ekiti State as Higher Executive Officer (General Duties) in 2006 and was promoted to a Senior Executive officer in 2009 where she gained experience in administrative and personnel management. She worked in these capacities with the Ekiti State Deputy Governor’s Office and Ministry of Health. She got converted to a State Counsel in 2012.

Adetutu has undergone trainings in Office Management Process; 2008, Personnel and Officers Course; 2011, Introduction to Microsoft Office (2012); 2012; One Day Symposium on the Review of the 1999 Constitution and its impact on the much needed judicial reform, 2013 and workshop on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013.

She has served on several committees including, Junior Officers Promotion interview committee, Deputy Governor’s Office, Committee on the 1st Year Anniversary of Governor Kayode Fayemi’s Administration; 2011. She is presently the Personal Assistant to the Honourable Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Ekiti State.

Olowoyo James


Mr James is a Legal Officer attached to the Directorate of Civil Litigation. Had his LLB from the University of Ado – Ekiti (now Ekiti State University) in 2004 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2005. Has worked in private law firms such as Dele Omotosho & Co., funsho Agbona & Co before joining the Ekiti State Ministry of Justice in 2001. He has undergone training workshop on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013.

Kolawole Yetunde Racheal


Mrs Kolawole is a Senior Legal Officer in the directorate of Civil Litigation. Had a National Diploma from the Federal Polytechnic, Ado Ekiti in 1997, proceeded to Obafemi Awolowo University where she bagged LLB (Hons) in 2002 and LLM in 2010. She was called to the Nigerian bar in 2004 and currently running her PhD in Law at the Ekiti State University (EKSU), Ado Ekiti. She started her legal practice in the law firm of Wale Omotosho and Co. Akure. She joined the Ekiti State Ministry of Justice in 2006 as Legal Officer. She has undergone training workshop on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013. She is the Legal Adviser to the Ministry of Women Affairs, Social Development and Gender Empowerment, Ekiti State

Olajiga Modupe


Olajiga, Modupe is a Senior Legal Officer in the Directorate of Legal Drafting and Corporate Law. Had her LL.B from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife in 2000 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2003. She also holds a LL.M from OAU and she is currently a Ph.D. student in the University of Ado- Ekiti. She joined the Ekiti State Ministry of Justice in 2006 as a Legal Officer and has since been promoted to a Senior Legal Officer. She has a number of publications to her credit including: INTERNATIONAL TELECOMMUNICATION UNION (ITU), 2007 etc.

Olaiya Ralph Kolawole


Mr Olaiya is a Principal Legal Officer in the Directorate of Civil Litigation. The Labour leader joined the service of the old Ondo State as Tax officer in 1982, was promoted to Treasury Cash officer in 1989 and became an Internal Auditor (Accounts) in the newly created Ekiti State in 1996. In his pursuit of knowledge, he gained admission into the University of Benin where he graduated with a LLB (Hons) in 2000 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2006. He was converted to a State Counsel in 2007 in the service of Ekiti State and has since worked in the Ministry of Justice. His publications include: STATE SECURITY AND WELFARE OF NIGERIAN CITIZENS, 2013; TRADE UNION SETTLEMENT MACHINERY 2013 etc. By his meritorious service to the State, he was given the AFRICAN ICON OF OUR GENERATION AWARD 2011 AND THE BEST LABOUR LEADER OF THE YEAR AWARD 2011. He is the Legal Adviser to the Ministry of Labour, Employment and Productivity.

Ojo Oluwaseyi


Mrs Ojo is a Legal Officer in the Directorate of Public Prosecutions. She has a National Diploma from the Ondo State Polytechnic Owo in Secretarial Studies in 1996. She obtained her LLB from the University of Ibadan in 2004 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. She has experience in Women and Children Advocacy and has worked as a Media Officer in 2007. She joined the Ministry of Justice in 2008. She has undergone training workshop on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013.

Odunayo Yetunde Oluwatoyin


Odunayo is a Senior Legal Officer in the directorate of Citizens Rights. She obtained her LL.B from the Obafemi Awolowo University in 2001 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2003. She started legal practise in the Corporate Affairs Commission in 2004, has worked with the law firm of Ayo Ogundana & Co between 2005 and 2006. She joined the Ministry of Justice in 2006. She has two published works; CONCEPT OF NATURAL JUSTICE MYTH, 2001 and CORPORATE GOVERNANCE AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. She is the Desk Officer EKSACA and the focal Person for Ministry of Justice Orphans and Vulnerable Children in the Ministry of Women Affairs. She has undergone training workshop on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013.

Marcus Oluwatoyinolutayo


Mrs Marcus is a Legal Officer attached to the Directorate of Civil Litigation. Had her LLB from the Obafemi Awolowo University in 2003 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2005.
