Fayigbe Olusegun Joshua


Mr Fayigbe is a Legal Officer in the Directorate of Citizens Right. He obtained his LLB from the Lagos State University in 2001 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. He has worked with the Ministry of Justice as a Legal Officer since 2008. He has undergone training workshop on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013.

Fasote Oluwaseun


Mr Fasote is a Legal Officer in the Directorate of Public Prosecutions. He obtained his LLB from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife in 2005 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. He started worked as a Legal Officer in the chambers of Lekan Odunsi & Associates and joined the Ministry of Justice in 2008.

Bamise, Sunday Bamidele Julius


Mr Bamise is the Deputy Director, Directorate of Legal Drafting and Corporate law. Had his LLB from the Obafemi Awolowo University in 1996 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 1999. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in legal drafting from the Nigeria Institute of Advance LEGAL STUDIES, NAILS Lagos in 2005 and LL.M from the Obafemi Awolowo University, 2006. He started his legal practice in the law firm of Prince Jaiyeola Faloye & Co in 1998 and joined the Ministry of Justice in the year 1999 as senior Legal Officer, was promoted to Assistant Chief Legal Officer in 2003 and Chief Legal Officer in 2010 respectively.

Has in-depth experience in drafting of legislations and preparation of executive bill; Drafting and preparation of contract agreement between private contractors and the State Government; Contract negotiation between the State Government and other organisations; Packaging and raising of Government bond at the capital market; Litigation at the High Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court; Rendering of legal advise to Ministries and Parastatals.

He has served on several committees including: Administrative Panel of enquiry on Local Governments in Ekiti State; 2003, Committee on the re-establishment of the Ekiti State Water Corporation; 2007, Administrative Panel of enquiry on the broadcasting service of Ekiti State; 2009, He was Secretary to the Visitation panel to College of Education, Ikere Ekiti; 2007, Designation officer Laws of Ekiti State; 2009, Chairman committee on the review of Family Court in Ekiti State; 2013., etc. He bagged the African Credibility Award (ACA) in 2009. He is currently the State House Counsel.

Ayoola, Clement Ilesanmi


Mr Ayoola is the Assistant Chief Legal Officer in the Directorate Legal Drafting and Corporate Law. Had his LLB from the University of Benin in 1998 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2000. He also holds a PG.D in Legal Drafting in 2010. Started his legal practice in the law firm of L.O Ogundele & Co. and later joined the Ekiti State Ministry of Justice in 2002 as Legal Officer. He has undergone training-workshop on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013. He is the Legal Adviser to the Ministry of Information and Civic Orientation.

Arogundade Adedayoeniola


Mr Arongundade is a Legal Officer in the Directorate of Public Prosecutions. He obtained his LLB from the University of Ado-Ekiti in 2005 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2007. He has worked with the chambers of Dan Magbo & Co (Port Harcourt) and Dele Omotosho & Co. He has been with the Ministry of Justice as a Legal Officer since 2008.

Aminu Yemi


Aminu Yemi is a Senior Legal Officer in the Directorate of Legal Drafting and Corporate Law. Had her LL.B from the University of Ado Ekiti in 2002 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2003. She also holds a LL.M and MBA and has worked as junior counsel in the law firms of Bayo Ojo & Co, Adedeji Oni &Co, and Legal Aid Council of Nigeria. She joined the Ekiti State Ministry of Justice in 2006 as a Legal Officer. She has undergone training workshop on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013.

Akinwumi Ogunremi Segun


Mr Akinwumi is a Deputy Director, Directorate of Citizens Right. Had his LL.B from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife in 1996 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2000. He joined the Ekiti State Ministry of Justice in 2000 as a Legal Officer. He is the Legal Adviser to the Ministry of Local Government. Akintayo Oluyemi


Mrs Akintayo is a Legal Officer in the Directorate of Public Prosecutions. She has NCE from the Ondo State College of Education Ikere Ekiti in 1994, B.A (ED) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1999 and LLB (Hons) from the University of Ado-Ekiti in 2008. She was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2010 and thereafter, she joined the Ministry of Justice in 2011 as a Legal Officer. She has undergone training workshop on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013.

Akinola Adeniyi Felix


Akinola is a Senior Legal Officer in the Directorate of Legal Drafting and Corporate Law. Had his LLB from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile ife; holds a LL.M from the same University. He was called to the Nigerian bar in 2004. He was a partner in the law firm of I.J. Haruna & Co until he joined the Ekiti State Ministry of Justice in 2006 as a Legal Officer. He has some publications to his credit including: IMPEDIMENTS TOWARDS REALISATION OF FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHTS 2000; OPEC: ITS FUNDAMENTAL MANDATE, PROBLEMS AND CHALLENGES, 2006.etc. He has undergone trainings on Computer Appreciation and Introduction to Law Pavilion (CA & ILP 001) 2013. He was appointed as Personal Assistant (legal) to the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice in 2009.
