The Ministry  of Justice  is set to launch a service delivery charter  that will set out the standards of service citizens can expect from the  staff of the ministry.

The head of public communications and education  unit Tunde Olaolorun in a statement issued today said that the charter  will also include information about the type of services that are  provided by the ministry and most importantly will include provisions on how to lodge a complaint in cases where staff of the ministry do not  meet stated standards.  Olaolorun said that the service delivery charter was in furtherance of the commitment of the ministry of justice to  deliver professional service to the people of Ekiti State.

The  service delivery charter is expected to be publicly presented by the  attorney-general & honourable commissioner for justice in July 2014.
