MOJ Inaugurates Arbiration Committee

An arbitration Committee has been set up by the Ministry of Justice Ekiti State to look into both Civil and Commercial disputes across board.

Speaking during the inauguration of the committee in Ado, the Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice Mr. Olawale Fapohunda said it was an effort by MOJ to achieve speedy dispensation of justice on Civil and Commercial disputes without going through the garment of court proceedings and to enable them convene when necessary.

The Chairman of the Committee, The Oluyin of Iyin, Oba Ademola Ajakaiye who said it was a call to duty promised on behalf of the members of the committee to do their best to assist the present administration in the area of justice dispensation.

Other Members of the Committee are, BishopAbe, Ch. Olusola Bayode, Ch. Mary Simon Ojo, Dr. Mrs Mary Adeyanju and Mrs Bola Wal-Awe.
