Director, Monitoring And Evaluation, CLEMENT ILESANMI AYOOLA was born on the 8th day of June, 1971 to the family of Mr Ayoola Michael and Mrs Ayoola Janet Kehinde (both now late). He is from Igbara Odo Ekiti in Ekiti South West Local Government, Ekiti State of Nigeria.
Ayoola had his primary school at Saint John’s Anglican Primary School, Igbara Odo Ekiti and his secondary school at Community High School, Igbara Odo Ekiti, Ekiti State.
Ayoola holds a first Degree in Law from University of Benin, Benin City, Edo State in Year 1998 and he attended Nigerian Law School, Abuja in the year 1999/2000 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2000.
Ayoola has a Post Graduate Diploma in Legislative Drafting from Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, Lagos in the Year 2008. His core areas of professional experiences include Criminal Law, land Law, Legal Drafting and Legal Advocacy.
Immediately after his call to the Nigerian Bar in year 2000, Ayoola joined the Chamber L. O. Ogundele & Co as a junior Counsel in the Chamber; he was there till year 2002 when he got government appointment as a State Counsel in Ministry of Justice, Ekiti State of Nigeria.
At Ministry of Justice, Ayoola was posted to the Department of Public Prosecution where he handled many celebrated cases. He also worked with the Department of Citizen Rights as an Ad-hoc Legal Officer.
Ayoola was posted to the Department of Legal Drafting & Corporate Law in the year 2007 and he rose to the position of a DEPUTY DIRECTOR. In July, 2019 he was appointed as the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation ministry of Justice, Ekiti State.
Ayoola served as legal Adviser to many fact finding panels in Ekiti State where he served the State Government meritoriously.
He has been a Legal Adviser to many Ministries and Parastatals including Ministry of Information, Youth, Sport and Civic Orientation, Broadcasting Service of Ekiti State. Presently, he is the Legal Adviser to the Ekiti State Water Co-operation and Ministry of Works and Transportation.
In the Department of legal Drafting, Ekiti State, Ayoola played an active and key role in the drafting of many executive bills which includes: Prohibition of Cattle Grazing Bill, Solicitor General Bill, Ekiti State Land Grabbing and Properties Protection Bill, Ekiti State Government Official Logo Bill, Ekiti State Freedom of Information Bill, Arbitration Bill, Magistrates’ Court Bill, Ekiti State Joint Government Account and Allocation of Revenue Bill, Ekiti State Board Of Internal Revenue Law 2019, Ekiti State College of Agriculture and Technology Bill, College of Education Ikere Ekiti Bill.
Ayoola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ado Ekiti Branch and also a part- time pastor in Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries and presently he is an Overseer of a region in the Ministry. His hobbies include Reading, Counseling and praying. He is legally married and blesses with children.
