Titilayo Adebayo is presently the Deputy Director, Department of Civil Litigation, Office of the Public Defender, an arm of the Ministry of Justice. The office was created in 2015 by the State Government with the core mandate of providing free legal services to indigent persons in the state.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree (Honours Class) in 1999 from the University of Origin and was called to the Nigerian Bar in the year 2001.
She had her National Youth Service in Oyo State where she worked in the Legal Department of the Ibadan South West Local Government Secretariat, thereafter, she joined the Civil Service of Ekiti State in the year 2002.

Titilayo Adebayo has worked with the Ministry in various capacities starting as a Legal Officer in the Civil Litigation Department where she handled civil cases in court. She was posted not long after to the Legal Drafting Department within the ministry where she participated in bringing into being some bills that facilitated qualitative justice delivery to the citizenry of the state.

She and her team in the department put together bills that transformed the administration of justice in Ekiti State.
Titilayo Adebayo rose to the rank of a Chief Legal Officer and was posted to the Directorate for Citizens Rights, a free legal aid agency established by the State government to provide free legal services to the citizenry.

In her capacity as Deputy Director, she provides free legal aid services to the indigent persons. She has also been able to resolve matters brought to the office by way of alternative dispute resolution. Adebayo had participated in symposia, conferences, education activities, workshops and exchange programmes on legal aid and related matters which had assisted greatly in the dispensation and administration of justice. She has a diploma in Computer Appreciation.

Adebayo carries out all assignments with the best practice affordable within the circumstances of the existing framework and working environment. She also served as member of a Panel of Enquiry set up by the Ekiti State Government. She was the Legal Adviser formerly attached to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Empowerment in the State.

She is a member of many professional bodies, including the Nigerian Bar Association and Federation of International Women Lawyers.
Titilayo Adebayo has commendable personal skills which includes a confident outlook, attention to details, ability to work under pressure and a good oral and written communication skills.
